On Wednesday 17th April 2013 we went on trip to maktab teknik Sultan Saiful Rijal .
During the visit we listened to a talk about Aircraft,Cooking,Travel and Tourism and so on subject . Then we visit the kitchen . We learned about cooking healthy food . They taught us how to make Macaroni,Potato Salad,Tofu Chicken and Prawn,baguette and Carrot Juice . Finally before we went back to school we ate the food . I ll very enjoy at there and very exited .....

VISIT TO MAKTAB TEKNIK SULTAN SAIFUL RIJAL
On wednesday,17 april 2013 we went on a trip to Maktab teknik sultan saiful rijal.There teacher talk about cook,aircraft,traval and so on.There we learn about how to make carrot juice,taufu prawn,potato salad,hagutte sandwich and i like orange and carrot juice because no add sugar.

Trip To Health Promotion Centre
On Saturday 13th April , we went to trips at Health Promotion Centre.
During a visit we learn about healthy food at the gallery we just visit about human organ , smoking and so on . I just like about smoking we saw the high smoke called shisha . After we visit the gallery we learn give a talk about english project . we have been watch video about obesity girl . I am very enjoy at there .

During the visit,we entered the theatre and then we went to their kitchen,First they taught us how to serve food in healthy way and they they taught us how to cook macaroni,potato,salad,juice,tofu and sandwich.The that I love the most during this visit is was the baked macaroni cooking demostration and how to make orange and carrot juice.

During the visit, we learn't a lot about health and about food that we eat.First we entered a Galleria that divided into many sections.The first section is about teeth, second is about kitchen and thrid is about our organs.The part that I love during this visit was kitchen and the presentation I did.

How to make pulut pangang
How to make Pulut Pangang
To make pulut pangang , first rinse glutinous rice and soak in water and drain well soaked the rice for about 5 hours or overnight.Mix coconut milk and salt together.Slowly pour coconut milk onto glutinous rice.Add pandan leaves and steam till cooked.After 30 minutes,check to see if rice is soft enough.Sprinkle a little water over rice.Next fry grated coconut in a dry wok till fragrant and then add pepper and coriander seed powder mix well.Add chopped dried shrimp.Grated coconut,sugar,salt and 150 ML,fry till almost dry.After that rinse banana leaves.Spread one of cooked glutinous rice over the banana leaf follow by filling,then press tight and roll it up to the form cylinder.Use tooth picks to secure the end finally grease open.Place wrapped glutinous rice on the pan and grill over low heat fragrant.
